GNZCollect sells trading card game (TCG) collectible cards, sealed products, and toys ("Products"). All Products are described as accurately as possible on the Site. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product Condition: Product condition is as described on the individual product listing. We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the condition of all Products.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any Product at any time.

5. Payment Methods

Payment methods vary depending on the platform through which you make your purchase:

  • Direct purchases on gnzcollect.com: We accept credit cards processed through Wix and Apple Pay.

  • eBay purchases: Payment methods are subject to eBay's payment policies.

  • TCGPlayer purchases: Payment methods are subject to TCGPlayer's payment policies.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your purchase.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, errors in pricing or Product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Arbitration Agreement: You and GNZCollect agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase of Products shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
